Please take care when trying on your items unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with fake tan, make up or any purfume or body lotions etc. All items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.

Faulty items

If you do receive any faulty or damaged items these can be returned within 21 Days of receipt please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to replace these for you and cover the cost of postage to return the faulty item if you do not have a photo of the damaged item we will be unable to help you
